Ingredients

Yarrow 30gms
Calendula flowers 30gms
Plantain leaf 30gms
Chamomile 30gms
Agrimony 30gms

My primary use of this healing tea, or one like it, has been for people with internal wounds in their digestive tracts; anything from the tiny tears that cause the 'leaky gut syndrome' all the way up to full blown ulcers.

This recipe will make 150gms - approx 2 jars of tea, and can be taken in the dose of 3 heaped tsps (about 4 grams) infused into a large glass of freshly boiled water, then covered and steeped for about 10 minute before straining and drinking. A stronger dose of herbs or a more frequent use of the tea can be safely given for more acute need. The flavour is quite acceptable, even pleasant, but it is perfectly ok, and for some people it will even be beneficial, to add some honey to taste.

Please understand that I cannot personally advise you without seeing you in my clinic.
This living 'book' is my labour of love so, wherever you are, I wish you peace & good health!
